About Us
Who we are
The BHRE Research Group is based at the School of Law and Criminology of the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom. It was created in 2013 under the leadership of Professor Olga Martin-Ortega. It brings together the expertise and research interests of leading academics and practitioners in the field of business and human rights, international environmental law and international criminal law.
The BHRE develops high quality, policy relevant research in a number of research areas. We also provide training and capacity building to public bodies as well as other consultancy services.

Our Postgraduate Research Degrees students are also members of the team. We will be soon launching whole LLM Programme on Business, Human Rights and the Environment. Our students can join the BHRE as interns.
As part of our work we produce both academic publications and Policy Briefs and Research Reports.
